Hi lovely landlords and landladies,

An adjudicator from one of the well known schemes, awarded my tenant 45% of his deposit. The tenant smoked weed in the property causing much damage as you can imagine. I appealed but obviously it didn’t get me anywhere. The decision is so unfair and biased that it hurts.
Has anyone had experience to go to court to dispute an adjudicator’s decision?
TIA
