Change of payment schedule on joint AST

Hi there,

I have a student let, they have all signed a group AST as they are a group of friends sharing. The AST was signed last year. I have used the NRLA template. The schedule of payment was set out to be paid termly. 2 of the tenants have asked if they can now pay monthly. I do not have a problem with this but do I need to get the whole AST re-signed? or can I just issue an addendum document to agree the change for each of the tenants that want to change the schedule?
