Point 3 on Section 13 says `The first rent increase date after 11th February 2003 is ....`my tenants have never had a rent increase, what date do I put here please? I've read the notes but I'm not too clear. They started their tenancy 27 July 2021 on a AST for 6 months, they're now periodic. Thank you.
