I have created a shorthold tenancy agreement on 1st Oct with someone with residence work permit till December 2024. I am sure this gives them right to rent.
On Sunday just gone I have found that her daughter has come into the country on six month visitor visa and is living there with three young children too.
I am probably jumping the gun but what if the daughter does not leave after six months and continues to live there, the tenant is the only one mentioned on the agreement.
Need any and all advice on pitfalls in the future.
