My tenant is asking to move his girlfriend into the property. My tenant is two months into a 12month fixed term AST. I believe my options are to issue a new AST with the girlfriend as a named tenant or to issue an agreement for her to live at the property as a permitted occupier?

From research, I think the best option is to write an agreement by which I state her as a permitted occupier after completing the right to rent checks. Are there any other implications I ought to consider?
