As of the 1st December 2022, an existing periodic AST will convert to a periodic standard occupation contract. I currently have a Deed of Guarantee in place for the Guarantor referencing the existing AST. Any rent increases are then signed by both the Tenant and Guarantor. However when the AST converts to a standard occupation contract will I need to put in place a new Deed of Guarantee?
