I rent out a 4 bedroom property in Lambeth. A few quick questions:

I have just learned that I need what is known as an ‘Additional HMO license’, is that correct?

I realise that I am late with this, but if I correct soonest, assume it will be ok?

Any advice welcome on the process and fulfilling requirements welcome.
