There is no doubt in my mind that thousands of Landlords will sell up if The Rental Reform Bill (RRB) is made law.
I'm starting to lose my mind over the RRB and the Threat of all rental properties must have an EPC rating of C or above by 2025

I don't know how to fight The RRB. I have no experience in Campaigning. I have written to my MP about the RRB. I don't know what else to do.
I have this feeling that our voice is not being heard.
Who on earth has come up with such unjust laws in the RRB.

Don't they know that so many Landlords have already sold .
Don't they know that they have already caused irreparable damage to the Private Rental Sector.
Don't they know that Berlin brought in laws against Landlords and it caused a catastrophic consequence.
Don't they know that Berlin have repealed that law because so many people became homeless and so many businesses folded because they could not get the staff because the staff could not get accommodation because there was no accommodation to be had.
Don't they know that The RRB is a Berlin wall for people trying to get accommodation.
Don't they know that The RRB is far more damaging than The Legislation that was brought in by Berlin (rent Cap see below)
Don't they know that economists to the left and right agree that unjust legislation against Landlords does not work.
Don't they know that legislation against Landlords in San Francisco, New York, Minnesota, India etc etc has all failed because it hurts the people it is meant to help. Please Google Name of city + rent cap.
Don't they know that once a rental property is sold, it is lost to the rental market forever.
Don't they know that.
