IOC registration in Scotland and N Ireland

Does it matter if one is not ARLA registered to register

I am a small landlord wth over 10-properties and seek protection from breaches of data protection by others in some cases, which is up to £4000 fines the way that 'draconcian' legislation is written -- landlords' responsibility, even though they are managed by a letting agent in Scotland, and due diligences in NI, means handling tenants details.

Please clarify memberships and costs in a block system covering UK wide and the company/personal name structure

I am also selling my properties into a A Smart Company in some sort of recommended deed of trust, with the tile deeds and mortgages held outside the company. And so wish to know if I can register both at the same time with company and personal names in an overall registration

Regards
