Good afternoon all

I'm preparing a new tenancy and noticed that the latest NRLA AST does not have a rent review clause like it did before. There will be an addendum where I could add it. Do you regard it necessary, and if so, what is the minimum information that has to be given, if there is such a thing. Or can I just leave it out?

I'd like to send this off today so would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
