Hi, I lodged my tenants deposit back in 2008 with DPS. I now want to claim against it after my tenant has moved out. Just a bit worried that the DPS system now gives you a pre-printed form for prescribed information that says it should be signed. I don't have any signed 'prescribed info' document, is this problematic?
