Is it ok to purchase an ex council flat to then rent it to TWO individuals - separate ASTs. Would that be in breach of the lease with the council? I can't get through to them to find out and don't really want to pay legal costs if the letting won't be allowed. I have lots of demand for 'flatshares' hence buying the flat. Thanks!
