Will members be receiving a formal letter template that will help them explain to their AST tenants in Wales about the forthcoming change to their status as contract holders under a new form of OC with some detail of what to expect and how the change will occur? Broadly speaking existing tenants will be unaware of the forthcoming change. It would be inappropriate to present them with a written statement by way of a model form without any prior explanation and without some outline of the changes succinctly set out.
