Hello
My husband and I have a small portfolio of 6 properties we rent out. We own these privately (ie. not in a company). We also work full time so we are looking into how best to handle this portfolio for the future in terms of inheritance tax and capital gains.
Despite contacting various property tax specialists (as well as having a consultation with Property 118), we are still non the wiser as to how to structure our portfolio for the future. To be honest, most property tax companies we have contacted have fobbed us off with various excuses!!
Anyway, my question is whether anyone has been in a similar situation and have had advice from a consultant or company.
Any suggestions or recommendations for someone to contact will be her appreciated.
Thanks!!
