Hi everyone. After rent arrears and tenant caused damage , came successful Sec21 eviction. Tenant is on Universal credit and doesn't work so I believe it will be hard to bring MCOL claim against her . But her Guarantor ( mother ) who owns a house is legally responsible for missed payments of rent. is it worth it to bring a claim against the guarantor?

thanks in advance for all your kind help
