I have had the same tenant for nine years. The agency I am paying, for a fully managed service has moved from being local to over 200 miles away from the property. Inspections are poor and service is very slow sometimes the tenant comes to me to sort out a problem. I have a contract that states that I cannot retain the tenant should I decide to take the business elsewhere. Can I end the contract and pass the tenant to another, better, service company?
