Hi All, I am a new LL and have a query regarding NRLA Tenancy Agreements. Is it possible to add additional clauses to the tenancy? I am thinking of adding some of the T&Cs from my lease. Also, I was thinking of adding a 6 month break-clause. Does anyone think break-clauses are a good idea?
