Hello Everyone,

Please feel free to answer generally or specifically to my question:

After 15 years as a vanilla BTL landlord in London, due to tax/interest rates I am looking to switch to short lets.

I am thinking of Airbnb'ing a decent 1 bed flat in zone 2 (SE5), but am unsure of occupancy rates. Does anyone have any ideas please?

From looking on airbnb it seems most places in the area are not booked in January/Feb at all, maybe 20% at most!
