I have a non-responsive rent to rent agency now leaving still one of their tenants in my HMO and still receives rent from him and does not pass on to me.
What do i need to do if i am to ask the current tenant to pay rent to me to avoid further loss?
I have a suspicion that this rent to rent agency has not protected the tenant's deposit. And the tenant is a difficult one hence the rent to rent agency failed to get rid of.
