Hi can anyone advice me of an on-line letting agent that they have used who will

  1. Take photos and do video tour and floor plans
  2. .Advertise on Right Move/Zoopla...etc
  3. allow me then to conduct viewings and manage the property
  4. Set up tenancy agreements

I used to use a company called upad but lately they have been unresponsive

Have tried Howsy as well but they want to manage and not give me any autonomy.

Any advice/recommendations appreciated
