Is a Conservatory classed as a Habitable Room

I have an original part brick (1/4 of the structure) and mainly glazed (3/4 of the structure) conservatory room. Is this classed as habitable room like bedroom or living room or is it classed as a Kitchen or bathroom category? As I can't get hold of anyone at the Property Liceneing Team as they never answer the phone for SL applications!
