Contracts are all now contractual periodic (all with different start dates). Plan is to leave the rent the same due to RPI & Mortgage increases, but tell Utility Co. I am no longer responsible for the Utilities. If I propose a 'joint' start date, say 1st Feb for the new terms, would just 'offering' a new contract starting on 1st Feb be ok, or do you think I would I have to give 2 months notice with a new contract.
