do both siblings need to instruct a solicitor to effect the sale of an inherited share of a rented property?

Work entail the removal of a couples [in 4 names now] names at the LR & re-registering in a related couples name. Sale price means GGT allowance is more than sufficient so no CGT to pay.
Selling a 5th share in a property is I suppose like selling a property yet with much less work.
When I sold one in 2021, I paid around £500 inc for the conveyancing work. Now in 2023, quotes for a sibling buy- out are near £600.

Does that seem expensive?
Any one done a sibling buy-out for less?
Does the 'buyer' of the 'share' need a solicitor as well as the vendor?
