My background: landlord of 20+ years, single household dwellings, but with a previous property that was operated as an HMO long before the regulations changed.

Currently looking to invest in more property, and considering a student HMO. If you weren't already involved in HMO rental, would you consider it, or has the legislation made it unattractive?
