Helping a former client who must have his tenanted property back asap due to his very recent very dire circumstances. The excellent tnts in every sense of the word, are devastated to be served with a S21 as a precursor to losing their 'forever' home.
They'd be a gift to another competent/ capable LLd.
I did have a suitable house that up to this evening would have been fine. My tnt who was departing end Feb 2023, now tells me is staying until at least Feb 2025. Doh!

Anyone out there with a pristine property in SK14, or a 20 mins drive from Hyde SK14?
