Potential tenants (a family with kids) are seeking a new tenancy as a company let. They run their own business under an existing business registered address which they will keep.

I have not had to deal with such a request before and I am more inclined to say no. But before doing so are there advantages to a company let vs AST from LLDs perspective? I know most residential AST laws do not apply including deposit protection/eviction tends to be more straight forward etc. ( I also can't find anywhere in my LLD insurance policy wording that a company let is permissible).

Appreciate some guidance on this.
