I am trying to sell a 3 bed terrace in Oldham. I evicted tenant and cleaned up and painted. Estate agent put the advert live 22 December. We have had several viewings but no offers. I am considering changing the agent and lowering the price. I expect to give the agent their 4 week notice tomorrow. I am considering anonline agent such as Purple Bricks. Any thoughts?
