I have one property in Bury Lancs. I currently have a letting agency that is meant to manage everything. Over the years I have taken most day to day issues on myself as it has been quicker easier and cheaper. So I really want a letting agency that just manages the legal aspects of the tenancy agreement, deposit, review of rent etc and I will manage the compliance certs and repairs etc.
Do members use any agents in the Bury Lancashire area they would recommend?
The latest 6 month tenancy agreement ends in March. Tenants have been there 7 years.
