Room only HMO tenant not paid rent

I have a 5 bed HMO that is rented out per room for this year (all rooms on individual room only AST). One tenant has not paid her rent this month (almost 2 weeks late) and is not responding to my emails. I have also emailed her guarantor, her Mum, but no response. I am abroad for another 2 weeks, so not sure what to do. Any advice on how to respond would be gratefully received, thanks.
