Hey Forum, I have a guest that I need to book into my property for 10 days. The tenancy is due to start in 3 days. Can you advise what is the most suitable tenancy agreement contract for this? Also what you recommend to do with the deposit? Does it need to go in a separate holding account? And where would I stand if at the end of the tenancy should they refuse to leave? How long would it take to get them out and what the process be?
