Hello guys - when the DPS statutory declaration process was put in place there was a flat fee of £5 that a solicitor could charge for witnessing it - it was the law and was written down somewhere. I can't find any reference to it now and the DPS are saying that I need to ring around solicitors to see who's the cheapest. That would indicate the £5 fee is no longer. Thoughts please, and thanks.
