I have a few tenants been with me a while and I have decided that best way forward with contracts is to take NRLAs advice and issue their Standard Occupation Contract . I have downloaded the checklist for this contract and find that my tenants have already got paperwork listed. Do I have to re issue all paperwork again and reprotect the deposit . Many thanks .
