Dear fellow members, coming up soon I need to get a residential apartment house valued for Capital Gains Tax purposes. The property is comprised of a freehold with 15 self contained short leasehold apartments.  Can anyone refer a RICS certified valuer - ideally someone you have used and been satisfied with?  If so, I would most appreciate hearing from you.
