Dear Members could you please help with the following. We have just registered a property with a Lettiing Agent. Today they have stated our EIRC has failed their compliance aduit process. This is because the electrician used a J instead of a G in the postal code, hence the postal code anomaly. We have been asked to get the report re-done.

We have not been requested to amend the postal code.

Does this invalidate the report? Where does common sense prevail.

kind regards Yan
