Hi

We inheritted a property and tennants over a year ago.  We left the letting with the agency until now.  We want to move our lettings arrangement to a different agency.  The current agency are trying to tie us in for an additional 6 months, based on a contract that was signed by the previous (now deceased) owner.  We have not signed a new agreement.  Is there any validity in this contract?  my gut says no. Thank you
