Hi, this is off topic but I wondered if any of you lovely folk have experience in this field.  I have been offered a chance to team up with a friend to block manage a residential development.  I am new to this field but would obviously do the relevant training etc.  I can't decide if its a great opportunity or if its a thankless task!  We would be aiming to increase into other developments down the line.  Does anyone here have experience in block management and would you recommend?  Thanks.
