Hi all. 
we have a 4 bed family house and currently advertising for new tenants. 
We've just had an inquiry for two male friends to live together. No problem with that. 

Would you recommend that they each have their own house owning guarantor?

Or would you accept a guarantor that would sign-up/represent the both of them together?
