I have a tenant who is now 3 months in arrears amounting to £ 2,400 approx. Having negotiated a payment plan to address the ongoing rent & arrears, he has defaulted on the 1st payment in its entirity, ie no rent payment & no arrears payment. Bearing in mind that we are in the London Area & climate for a hearing date, would anyone suggest the best route foreward whether Section 8 or Section 21 would be best to serve to have a timely outcome
