Paying with personal credit card for Ltd Company

Hi, I have a limited company setup and I am using my personal credit card to pay for expenses related to my company.

1. Do I need all invoices billed to my company name or can they be billed to my name and then expensed via my company?

2. If I expense it via my company, do you then transfer the cash back to your personal bank account on a monthly or transaction by transaction basis?
