Hello Landlords.

Deposit Protection Scheme.

We have recently had a issue with a tenany where a tenant hs caused damaged and neglete to not repainting the property as per their tenany agreenment. The deposit scheme also said that they can see that the property is in a worser conditiion but has said it is the landlord responibilty to repaint.

Based on this we are not considering not taking deposit becuase dispute having inventory check in and check outs which show the condition they are still on the tenants side.
