Hello

My tenant owes one month's rent what the easiest way of getting this back is please they were on an AST which then went to periodic they have been given notice and it looks like they are going but I am not sure they will pay the arrears of rent and want to take additional action all advice appreciated 

Has anyone used a debt collection agency other than court options are open to both suggestions, please. Tenant not at work
