Has anyone had any experience of this? There was a decision by the Local Government and Social Care Ombusman where a complaint was upheld by Brentwood Council. The usual happened where the tenants stop paying the rent so he got his court and rent arrears for a specified period.

It's descision nr 2.0 002 688.
