Hello. Just wondering if anyone know anything about transferring a small BTL portfolio into a LLP. From my understanding if we were to do that, there would be no CGT impact and we can determine the % holdings per person. It does sound a bit too good to be true.....I am thinking of getting some professional advice on this to see if it is worthwhile but thought I would ask here 1st to see if it is a complete waste of time.
