Hi there,

I can't see a forum search, so apologies if this has been answered a million times! I am setting up an account to take all the income and expenses from my new rental and am wondering what accounts people recommend? I'm only renting one property and already pay 40% tax so will probably bring in around £700pcm, Preferably I'm looking for a free hassle-free account which can be done online - we are in the sticks (does it have to be a business account - what are the benefits of this?).
