Hi,

 

I would like to know from fellow members if they know how to work out the profitablity of providing social housing. HMO vs House.

How do you calculate the costs and what rent you would receive?

If its a HMO you provide, does the council cater for the bills too?

 

The council i am enquring for would be Birmingham.

 

But as a general rule, is there a calculation used on how much you can achieve in rent?
