My tenant has informed me that the pre payment gas meter is faulty and that the utiity company has said that there will be a charge for them to visit the property and fix it.I was under the impression that it was the property of the utility company and therefore there should  be no charge. If so then is it the Landlord or tenant  who foots the bill?I look forward to your views. Thanks
