I had a bad tenant. After the end of their fixed term notice, the agent served a section 21. Tenant stopped paying rent and stayed after the end date so has £1000s in arrears. Tenant has now left but won't allow deposit to be returned and says he is going to take me to court! I have submitted a claim with the TDS. What would you all do in this situation? Thanks
