Online AST platform suggestions

Hello All,

Despite NRLA having good resources available, I wanted to find the best online platform that creates an AST easily, cost effectively and can get the tenant and guarantor to sign electronically - ensuring all legalities are met.

Open rent is awesome for the intial tenancy but when you renew the contract it is hard to amend some of the contract, e.g. my tenant can not pass a UK credit check, so is paying 6 months rent upfront again.  The initial contract stated this but the second renewal contract has taken away the option of the 6 months upfront as I guess it assumes by now they would have passed a credit check.

Is anyone using a good platform that produces AST's that comply with all rules and you can easily create a tenancy whch caters to all of these kinds of issues? 

It would be great to hear back.  Otherwise I will do it all manually with NRLA resources and just pay for DocuSign to get the paperwork signed electronically.
