I'm looking for help and any tips on changing agent mid tenancy and on how to select a new rental agent.

I live too far away from one property to manage it myself so have paid an agent for the last decade. They were great but last year the old boy sold up and the people who have taken over are just useless and insist I used thier "property mainenence company" with the subsequent price increases and delays) so I'm going to have to move on.

Does anyone have any advice?
