Hi All. My tenants have just move out after one year. There was hide, a cat, in the house most of the

time in the last 3 month their own up to keeping a cat. So I allow them to keep the cat on conditions. 

Can I deduct from their deposit for cleaning carpets because of cat odour? There were no cat odour when the tenants move in.
